Moka Sir's takes part in the Milano Coffee Festival, the new event of the year that, for three days, turns Milan into the coffee capital.
Coffee is a ritual that marks the daily life of most people: over 90% of Italians allow themselves at least one coffee a day, in company or alone, to take charge, to have a break and to relax.
Coffee does not know season or time, but it does not taste only in the cup.
Moka Sir's suggests coffee in a new way and, from May 19th to 21st, it will wait for you at the Base Milano, in Tortona street, to taste together three fresh, convivial and relaxing products: cold brew coffee, Beer and Sambuca both with coffee.
An excellent alternative to cold coffee, for a break in the summer days, Moka Sir's Cold Brew Coffee is made with 100% Arabica coffee, of Central American origin. Cold extraction and subsequent maceration for 6/8 hours allow to obtain a refreshing, highly aromatic and fruity drink, with a low caffeine content and reduced bitter and acidity, typical of other types of extraction.
The 220 °, Coffee Craft Beer, just mentioned among the Slow Beers in the Birre d'Italia 2019 guide by Slow Food, is a craft beer made in Pavia, born from a collaboration at zero km between Moka Sir's SpA Roasting and Pavese Brewery (brand of the Opera Brewery). 220 ° is a high fermentation beer, unpasteurized, of an intense golden color, clean on the palate, with toasted notes conferred by the coffee and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Low alcohol content, it is perfect to be enjoyed during an aperitif with cold cuts and cheeses, but it is also recommended for a dessert, for a fresh and original end of meal.
And for the after-dinner? Perfect to enjoy pure, with coffee or as an ingredient for original drinks, the NERA Coffee Sambuca Liqueur by Moka Sir’s is a refined liqueur, with enveloping perfumes of anise, fennel and coffee. It is produced with essential oils obtained by the distillation of star anise, other natural flavors such as bourbon vanilla, green anise and wild fennel, and expertly blended with an infusion of alcohol and 100% Arabica coffee for 15 days and espresso coffee, also 100% Arabica. The final union among perfumes and taste is intense, soft and enhances the taste buds.
