Missing less than a month to the opening of the 41st edition of HostMilano, the world's leading trade fair dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality.

Moka Sir’s SpA roasting company confirms its participation also for this edition and is looking forward to welcoming customers and visitors in an open area of 80 square meters in pavilion 18.

"The five days of the event are the occasion to celebrate our 65th birthday. - says Niels Migliorini, Managing Director of Moka Sir's SpA Roasting Company - We have chosen to confirm an open solution, to allow visitors to move freely in our exhibition area, see and taste new products and new solutions, always supported by the MokaSirs team. "

In all sectors there is talk of the need to change, to innovate. This need is also felt in the Coffee & Food sector: if consumers are looking for new taste experiences, baristas and restaurateurs aim to receive new product proposals from suppliers, to be able to surprise and retain customers.

“Aware of these needs, we have decided to introduce ourselves at HostMilano with two important innovations, one of product and one of format - continues Dr. Migliorini. - The focus of MokaSirs today is to support our customers to raise both the quality of their offer at the counter, and the value of their average receipt, as well as aiming for quality training ".

New entry in the MokaSirs 2020 offer are the single-origin single-dose soft capsule and the cold brew coffee.

Today, single-origin coffee remains a gourmet product for connoisseurs. The low demand leads to an aging of the product grains in the hopper, which can affect the quality of the extraction. MokaSirs confirms its range Sidamo (Ethiopia), Santos (Brazil), Cajamarca (Peru) and Kaapi Royale (India), but extends the available formats, adding to the 500g grains bag the single-dose in soft capsule (technology already in use for the decaffeinated), to allow the bartender to offer a product that is always fresh and of quality.

An excellent alternative to cold coffee, Cold Brew Coffee, also known as cold-drawn coffee, has already enjoyed a high popularity in other markets. Made with a 100% Arabica BIO blend, it requires a very simple preparation that gives as a final result a refreshing, highly aromatic drink with reduced notes of bitterness and acidity, typical of other types of extraction. Ideal as an after-meal, it can also be prepared with milk and different types of syrups to satisfy the tastes of all generations.
